Hi, I’m Josh Davis, founder of JD Tax Solutions in North Carolina!
I’m a husband, a father, and I believe careful, honest work makes all the difference, especially when it comes to your finances.
Before starting this business, I played college basketball at NC State, Tulane, and San Diego State, and later spent time competing professionally overseas. That career taught me discipline and patience... qualities that now define how I handle every tax return and client relationship.
My Background
After years of running and managing small businesses, I saw how much stress unclear bookkeeping and confusing tax rules can create. I built JD Tax Solutions to give people a dependable place for tax help where the process is organized, the answers make sense, and the work gets done right.
Today, I work with individuals, families, and small-business owners across North Carolina, helping them stay organized and confident at tax time. Whether you need an annual filing, help catching up, a plan for the year ahead, or ongoing bookkeeping you can trust, my goal is to make the process clear and dependable from start to finish.

Approved by the IRS to securely file returns on behalf of clients.
Enrolled Agent Candidate
I recently passed all three parts of the IRS Enrolled Agent exam and am now waiting for my license approval. Looking forward to offering full IRS representation once everything is finalized.

I keep things organized so you always know where we are in the process. I’ll tell you what I need, why it matters, and what happens next.
Every return is prepared carefully and reviewed before it’s filed. If something doesn’t look right, I don’t move forward until it’s fixed. And once your return is complete, I stay available for you so if questions come up later, you’re not left on your own!
